The Dollars & Cents

We know just how big of an undertaking any remodeling project can be.  It is a major investment in what is most people’s largest asset. It needs to be managed by a professional and be completed with the proper materials.  While there are areas to “value engineer” a project in order to keep costs down, cutting corners with improper means and methods or using sub-par material is not one of them. Often times people looking for any chance to cut costs actually end up costing themselves more money in the long run by having to redo it the correct way.

Pricing can vary greatly on a project-by-project basis, largely depending on your budget and the finish materials chosen.  During our initial consultation, we can advise you as to which ideas will work and which ones may not provide you the most value or even be feasible.

Take a look at the figures below to gain a better feel of what some of our mid- level and higher-end projects cost.  We specialize in mid to high end products. Remember, these are merely estimates based on past work we’ve completed. Every project is unique, and so are their relative costs.
